Robert Fox Chairman Robert Fox, Chairman and CEO of FOX Development, brings more than three decades of development experience and expertise to the firm. He has served as President of Bradford Development Company since 1991 where he oversaw and managed the development of commercial and residential real estate projects in the metro Boston area. Prior to 1990 he was principal of Fox Properties, a real estate development, construction and finance company. Mr. Fox holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from Bentley College and has been a director of various corporations and banks. He recently completed a four year appointment as a director of the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency where he served on both the credit and real estate committees, the Massachusetts Brownfields Advisory Board. He is a former member of the Needham Conservation Commission, Needham Comprehensive Community Housing Study Committee and the City of Newton Inclusionary Housing Task Force. |

Francis X. Decoste, Jr. Director,
Finance Francis X. DeCoste, Jr is a Director of FOX Development and the CEO of Bradford Development Corporation. Mr. DeCoste joined Bradford Development in 1996 and has been primarily responsible for the firm's operations, including project finance, marketing and the development of luxury condominiums in the Greater Boston area. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. DeCoste served as the CFO and Director of Development for U.S. Properties, Inc. of Boston, overseeing the management and development of a portfolio of office buildings and retail shopping centers located throughout the country. Prior to joining U.S. Properties, Mr. DeCoste was the Vice President of Development for the Boston division of Trammell Crow Residential. Mr. DeCoste attended Harvard University. He served as a trustee of numerous associations, has been a committee member with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and is a past member of the Real Estate Finance Association. |
